Meet Zainab AlBlooki, a proud Emirati designer and entrepreneur whose passion for interior and product design reflects her deep-rooted connection to culture and sustainability. As a Zayed University alumna with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Zainab has forged a remarkable path in the creative industry.
A Visionary Designer
Inspired by Abu Dhabi's vibrant culture and environment, Zainab established her design studio, Square016, where she merges contemporary and sustainable design principles with cultural heritage. Her craftsmanship and dedication to woodworking have enabled her to create premium-quality furniture, showcasing her expertise and artistic vision.
Zainab’s innovative work has been recognized on prominent platforms, including:

- Al Serkal Avenue, Dubai
- Smithsonian Folklife Festival, Washington, D.C.
Empowering Through Education and Collaboration
Zainab’s journey didn’t stop at graduation. Her pursuit of continuous learning led her to enroll in programs like the Mobtakir Maker Diploma by Dubai Culture, equipping her with entrepreneurial and hands-on skills to thrive in the local market.
Her ability to balance creativity and strategic marketing is evident in her impactful contributions over the past three years, where she successfully managed high-profile projects such as Yas Island and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.
