She holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Claremont University, USA, and recently completed her PhD in Philosophy from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom. #Proud_ZUAlumni
Currently serving at the General Civil Aviation Authority in Dubai, Dr. Khuluod AlHaddad’s career is marked by her extensive experience in managing strategic programs with a focus on HR, organizational strategy, culture, and civil aviation. Over the course of 13 years, she has successfully established new functions, such as HR Business Partner roles and Industry Nationalization initiatives, and has led large-scale culture changes that support nationalization and skill development. In her current role, she works with the corporate communications team, handling media, marketing, event management, and stakeholder relationships.
Educational Achievements:
- PhD in Philosophy from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. Her research focused on the impact of leadership styles on innovation in the UAE, particularly through the lens of knowledge sharing.
- Master's in Human Resources Management from Claremont University, USA.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media from Zayed University, UAE.
- Graduate of the Government Accelerators program, a government initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in 2019.
- Customer Happiness Diploma from the Ministry of Interior, UAE, in 2020.
- Certified NLP Coach.
