  • Gates open at 17:00. Free access for visitors aged 5 and under, and People of Determination
  • Ticket required for all other visitors.
  • Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
  • No refunds or exchanges after ticket purchase. Expo City Dubai may modify operating days and hours. Admission is valid only for the purchased day.
  • The mosque, bathrooms, and iftars are outside the ticketed area, allowing re-entry on the ticketed day. Professional photography or videography is not allowed.
  • Prohibited items inside the ticketed area: bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, and trolleys. Pet-friendly venue; only service animals allowed inside the ticketed area.
  • Ticket purchase grants Expo City Dubai permission to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes.
  • Optimal parking and transportation options: Dubai Metro Red Line (Expo 2020 station) and Sustainability Parking.
  • Visitors must comply with Expo City Dubai's policies, instructions, guidelines, and regulations.

How to get there

By car: Expo City is located on Al Wasl Avenue. and is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the designated parking free of cost.

By public transportation: Expo City is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are using the metro, you can get off at the Expo 2020 station and take a short walk to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the city from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location
