- Gates open at 17:00. Free access for visitors aged 5 and under, and People of Determination
- Ticket required for all other visitors.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- No refunds or exchanges after ticket purchase. Expo City Dubai may modify operating days and hours. Admission is valid only for the purchased day.
- The mosque, bathrooms, and iftars are outside the ticketed area, allowing re-entry on the ticketed day. Professional photography or videography is not allowed.
- Prohibited items inside the ticketed area: bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, and trolleys. Pet-friendly venue; only service animals allowed inside the ticketed area.
- Ticket purchase grants Expo City Dubai permission to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes.
