Muna Al Marashi, ZU BA Alumni of 2012 from College of Arts and Creative Enterprises (CACE), majored in Graphic Design. Muna is now the Founder of MI #Proud_ZUAlumni
Muna is a highly skilled Freelance Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Origami Artist, renowned for her expertise in the art of paper folding. She has made a name for herself in various industries, including business cards, packaging, toy design, and wrapping paper, among others.
Through her journey at Zayed University, Muna enrolled in a mixed media course with the aim of creating unique art. By experimenting with paper folding and blending colors, she allowed her work to speak for itself. Her recent pieces have gained recognition, being selected twice for the prestigious Sheikha Manal's Young Artist Award in 2011 and 2015.
In 2016, Muna, participated in Tashkeel's workshop where she honed her skills in Risograph printing. Her artwork was then chosen to be exhibited at "The Print Edition" during the SIKKA Art Fair in 2017
Currently, Muna is passionately working on her latest project, titled "Mi," which revolves around showcasing her identity through the design of greeting cards, stationery, and various gift and events supplies.
