يرجى إرسال كلمة CODE من رقم الهاتف المسجل في النظام على الرقم 5547، وسيتم إرسال رسالة نصية تحتوي على رقم العضوية وكلمة المرور بشكل فوري
في حال وجود أي خلل تقني يمكنكم إرساله للبريد الإلكتروني، التواصل مع مركز الإتصال على الرقم 600520003 أو التواصل مع فريق عمل الخريجين عبر البريد الإلكتروني

Please note that Fazaa memberships has been renewed for all ZU alumni,
Please follow below steps for updating the services use:
1. Please delete the app and download it again.
2. For the alumni who have Fazaa membership, kindly send the word CODE from the phone number registered with Fazza to 5547. Immediately you will receive a text message with the membership number and the new password.
